One-Click Build, Deploy & Live Verification

In Appsuite’s decoupled architecture, newly saved products, updated prices, or banner changes are stored safely in the Payload CMS back-office database.

To compile these changes into static edge files and distribute them across global CDN nodes, you trigger a Build & Deploy action from the dashboard.

  2. Select your AppSuite from the list to enter its detail view.
  3. In the top action bar, click Deploy All (or Re-deploy).
  4. Monitor the Pipeline:
    • The automated build pipeline fetches the latest CMS data, compiles localized pages, optimizes imagery, and distributes bundles to global edge networks.
    • Status indicators display progress (typically completing within 1 to 3 minutes).
  5. Once the indicators return to green Running, your updated storefront is live globally.

3. Standard Go-Live Verification Checklist

Section titled “3. Standard Go-Live Verification Checklist”

  • Changes Don’t Appear on Live Website?
    • Browser Cache: Static pages are aggressively cached. Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) for a hard refresh, or inspect in an incognito window.
    • Draft Document Status: In Payload CMS, verify that you clicked Publish rather than leaving the document in Draft state.
