2. Reviewing Paid Sample Orders

Once payment is confirmed, logistics and sales reps can verify order details directly:

1. Log into Payload CMS and click Orders (订单).
2. Filter for orders with status Paid (已付款) (paid).
3. Click the order to inspect the transaction details:
   • Currency & Amount: e.g., currency: USD, totalAmount: 45.00;
   • Payment Details:
     • provider: paypal;
     • paypalOrderId: PayPal transaction identifier;
     • captureId: Financial capture reference code;
     • paidAt: Confirmation timestamp;
   • Customer & Shipping Info: Standard English delivery address (Street, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country).

3. Fulfillment & Tracking Number Entry

Once the warehouse packages the sample and dispatches it via international express, log tracking information into CMS:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open the specific sample order.
2. Scroll to the Fulfillment & Logistics (发货与物流) section at the bottom.
3. Fill in the following fields:
   • Logistics Carrier: Enter the carrier’s name, e.g. DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Saver, or SF International;
   • Tracking Number: Enter the airway bill tracking number (e.g. DHL: 1234567890);
   • Internal Notes: Record customs declarations, parcel weight, or sample notes (e.g., “Sent 2 pcs VD4030 samples, declared as Rubber Damper Sample, value 10 USD*”).
4. Change the Order Status dropdown to Shipped (已发货).
5. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner.
